2012 Moon Cycle 3: new Moon in Pisces, full Moon in Virgo
Here are the Moon charts for February/March 2012:

This cycle begins with the Sun and new Moon at 2° Pisces and comes to fruition with the full Moon at 18° Virgo. This is the third calendar cycle of 2012. For the next four months the new Moon with occur in one month and the full Moon in the following month; in August 2012, they will once again occur in the same month.
During the days before and after this new Moon in Pisces we may feel like we're being pulled in two opposite directions.
This new Moon is conjunct the ruler of Pisces, strongly bringing the nature of the sign to the fore in our daily lives. Imagination and creativity are at a peak. Otherwise, we may experience fatigue, and disillusion with ongoing public issues, and trouble focussing on the task at hand. Emotional sensitivity and sympathy for the underdog are high.

Moon in Pisces people may get tagged as spaced out, but there's a lot more to them than meets the eye. They feel things out, and rely on their intuition. It just doesn't feel right for them to do otherwise. Their dreaminess can mean plenty of moments of absent-mindedness. These times of oblivion can land them in all sorts of predicaments with others who can too easily misunderstand these complex souls. Without plenty of space and time to daydream, Pisces Moons easily get overloaded with life. Give them room to be alone with themselves, and they're generally able to take on the world—even if their style when they do so is not always conventional or understandable.

This month there is a large stellium in Pisces (7 planets, asteroids and lights) and a smaller one in Aries. This suggests that issues at hand will center on finishing up and starting anew, since Pisces is the end of the zodiacal year and Aries is the beginning. The spring equinox approaches and will occur on March 20, beginning the next Lunar cycle.
With retrograde Mars in opposition to Mercury in Pisces, there may be some verbal sniping due to irritation felt and expressed by those who prefer communication to be clear-cut and straight forward. Also, be on guard for passive-aggressive behavior.
This new Moon occurs in the U.S.'s 4th house, and is essentially a lunar return. The 4th house is America's emotional home, representing land, real estate, the common people, agriculture, and domestic issues. (Neptune Cafe)
With so many planets, lights, and asteroids in Pisces and in the house, there is an overload of influences. All are square natal Uranus in Gemini. While Uranus in Gemini is exalted, this much overload may disrupt communications, especially with respect to national finances and/or finances on a national level.
Since the Moon is the natural ruler of the 4th, it is at home there and powerful. This is a time for the people to be heard.
The full Moon
When the Moon reaches its position at full -- opposite the sun -- it will be in Virgo, Mercury's sign and conjunct retrograde Mars. This may bring up some old business and some regrets. Note that the span from Gemini through Leo is devoid of planets, lights and asteroids at this time.

The full Moon this month is in the U.S.'s 10th house, placing emphasis, once again, on elections and those in power. But, to be more accurate, the Moon is leaving the 10th house and conjuncting the cusp of the eleventh and natal Neptune at 22° Virgo. The rulers of Virgo and the 11th house are Mercury and Uranus respectively. These planets are currently posited in the 5th house, conjunct the asteroid Vesta. This combination refers to labor unions and coalitions with Vesta adding dedication to an ideal. The Moon conjuncting Neptune may work to undermine any positive efforts or it may add to the idealistic dimension.
