2011 Moon Cycle 10: new Moon in Libra, full Moon in Aries

This cycle begins with the Sun and new Moon at 4° Libra and comes to fruition with the full Moon balanced against the Sun on the Aries/Libra axis at 18° Aries. This is the tenth calendar cycle of the year. For the next year-and-a-half the new Moon with occur in one month and the full Moon in the following month; in August 2012, they will once again occur in the same month.
All in all the message this cycle is compromise.
The Moon in Libra accentuates women's issues and legal matters. In the home issues of fairness and reconciliation arise. With the Moon applying to a conjunct with Venus, these matters should proceed smoothly and with mutual consideration. At the time of the new Moon and during a few days before and after, we may feel off-balance at times and may have to work at re-establishing equilibrium. Now is the time to look around your private space, find, and fix something that makes it feel out-of-whack.

There is a stellium in Libra that includes Juno, Saturn, Venus, Sun-Moon, and Mercury. All of the planets and lights, except Jupiter in Taurus and Mars in Leo, are contained in the western hemisphere of the zodiac between 2 ° Libra and 2 °Aries. This also suggests an atmosphere of compromise and teamwork.
This new Moon occurs in the 10th house, which is naturally ruled by Uranus. In the U.S.'s chart the first half of the house is ruled by Mercury/Ceres; and the second half by Venus. With Venus posited in this house at this time, in her own sign, and doubly conjunct Saturn, both by transit-to-transit and transit-to-natal, she exerts a powerful influence for good. The full Moon this month is in 6th house, conjunct natal Chiron and the 6th house cusp. My first impression when I saw this aspect was an emotional response to a charged situation and feelings of abandonment. But we're talking about a country here, where the 6th house represents workers, the employment rate, and the nation's health (Neptune Cafe). And Chiron denotes health and alternative practices. I read that there's hope for jobs in America if the country can survive the Republicans in Congress (Saturn in the 11th house).
